Hot Sauce Recipe

If you’re ready to start creating your own world class hot sauce recipe it’s a good idea to look at what’s out there already. Starting with this post, I’m going to start sharing some of the bottled hot sauces I’ve been collecting lately.

As you can see the collection above is all unopened. There have been many bottles consumed over the years, but the bottles above are my current favoruite bought ones. Each sauce and it’s merits will get discussed in its own post, long with a way for you to make them yourself.

There are a few you probably know already, like Dave’s Insanity sauces, Blair’s and one I love called Satan’s Blood (you should see how thick that one is).
